Refund & Cancelation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Popfusion product range. In the event, if you are not pleased/satisfied with our products, we will try to make it right for you, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please contact us if you do not like your purchase for any reason.

Refunds & Cancellation may be initiated within 12 hours of purchase time as long as they are accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please send us an email at hello@popfusion.in & mention reason why you are not satisfied with our product. We will give a refund or send out a replacement product, whatever suits you best.
Your refund will be initiated by us within 2 business days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund. No refund will be made after 12 hours of cancellation window.

Cancellation Policy

We admit that it is upsetting to see an order cancelled but we understand that there are many reasons why one would want to cancel an order placed on our website. Before cancelling, do reach out to our Gourmet Snack Experts at hello@popfusion.in to find out if we can resolve your issue without order cancellation. Please note that no order will be cancelled after 12 hours of placing your order.
