Return and Refund Policy

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, DIY meal kits, dairy products, meat, fish, fruits, Ready food, Ready Juices, Milk, Curd and few other perishable goods cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Sale products
* Some health and personal care items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and is requested not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are possible only for the items in the shop category. Our policy lasts 7 days for the shop categories . If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and unfortunately, they will find out about your return.
If you have any missing products from or any issues with your order, please contact Community Support immediately to request a refund. We recommend you do so ASAP since we cannot provide refunds or adjust charges on orders after one week (7 days) from when the order is completed.
Depending on your bank or credit card company, it typically takes between 5 to 10 business days for the refund to process once it’s been issued. If you don’t see a refund reflected within that time frame, please contact your financial institution directly regarding their policies on refunds.

Events Outside Our Control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (unforeseeable events).
An unforeseeable event includes any act, nonhappening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action;
Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; and
The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the unforeseeable event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavors to bring the unforeseeable event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the contract may be performed despite any such event.
Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then on the day of delivery selected by you, absent the occurrence of an unforeseeable event. In this case, we are not liable for the cost of any compromised or failed deliveries; however, we reserve the right to refund you for all or part of any such compromised or failed deliveries as we see fit.
Our Right to Vary These Terms and Conditions
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system’s capabilities.
You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these terms and conditions before we send you the confirmation (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the products).
